So......the strategy is to go after the same voters who arguably elected King Obama. That group was a bunch of idiots so why would we expect this group to be any different, just another bunch of idiots.
Where to begin.... 1 - The precinct "captains" are just volunteers. The real "chair" gets elected on caucus night by those in attendance. 2 - If the people who supported BO now support RP, then all that means is there aint much difference between the 2 in the "minds" of the voters. 3 - This year's caucus is using an "app" to submit results for the 1st time ever. I am pretty sure they are going to have problems and perhaps even enough that the whole process is invalidated. That would make Iowa what it truly should be ...INCONSEQUENTIAL.
Since 1980 - the Republican caucus winner became the eventual nominee less than 1/2 the time. And in the past 2 election cycles, the caucus winners were Huckabee and Santorum. Real viable candidates there right?!?!?! So go ahead Ron Jr, win the cornfields.

YOu must be getting your info from the CMM or the idiots on talk radio. 1. All precinct captains are volunteers. All Chairs are volunteers. 95% of the time the captains are elected chair on caucus night. Why? because they show up. Ron Paul won the 2012 Iowa primary. It was then stolen with RNC shenanigans. So you are correct that the winner was inconsequential. 2.The people who support Obama do not support Rand Paul. 3.You are right about the "app". That was set up because they are aware that Paul very likely would win without some new tricks. They won't be able to pull the same crap as in 2012. If any American is serious about liberty and freedom there is only one candidate available. It is so obvious the CMM ignores Rand and promotes the others. Americans must ask why? They hate liberty and freedom? Sure looks like it.
CMM is the Controlled Mass Media. It is not just liberal media. It is liberal and neocon. Fox and cnn et al.
